These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Solo Persone (the "App"), operated by Solo Persone ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solo Persone. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe belong to users under 18.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. Impersonating another person is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may only create one personal account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• Solo Persone accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any other user.
• Post or send content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal.
• Solicit money or financial information from other users.
• Promote escort services, prostitution, or any form of sex work.
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity, appearance, or event attendance.
• Upload images that do not depict you, or that contain other people without their consent.
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or links.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest any data or content from the App.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or its servers.
• Use the App for any commercial or promotional purpose without our written consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, without notice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, messages, profile information). By uploading content to Solo Persone, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse any user-generated content and are not liable for content posted by users.

5. Event Badges

Event badges are awarded to verify real-world event attendance. Submitting false, altered, or misleading verification images to obtain a badge is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Solo Persone offers optional paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store using Apple's standard payment system.

• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the App you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software in the App (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Solo Persone and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Solo Persone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

Solo Persone is a platform for meeting people — we do not conduct background checks on users and make no representations about the character or intentions of any user. Always exercise your own judgement and take appropriate safety precautions when meeting anyone in person.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Persone and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without liability to you. Upon termination your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. When we make significant changes we will notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
